Parliament and Legislative Assembly for the District and also supervise all
election related works of the district like Elector’s Photo Identity Card (EPIC)
and Revision Programmes etc.

verify whether his/her or relative’s name is there or not in electoral rolls
for 117-Hindol(SC) Assembly Constituency, 118-Dhenkanal Assembly Constituency,
119-Gondia Assembly Constituency & 120-Kamakhyanagar Assembly Constituency
from this office instantly because all updated data has been kept in Computer.

Chart. In narrative form the stages through which a proposal passes, the levels
at which it gets examined and the final authority to which it has to go for
approval may be explained.
