Mainstreaming AYUSH :
37 AYUSH doctors (Ayurvedic and homeopathic) have been posted in the Block PHCs/CHCs
and PHC(N)s for treatment and free medicines are being distributed to the
patients. Around 10,000 patients have been provided treatments and advice
through the AYUSH programme. The detail status of AYUSH patient is given below.
The AYUSH unit is functioning at Block PHC from March 2008 and in PHC(N) from
October 2008.
